Mums in Mind
A birth to 18 month post-birth support for mums who are feeling low in mood, anxious, angry and/or experiencing relationship issues. This course provides Mellow Parenting and CBT techniques to help provide an understanding and ways to manage and cope with their feelings.

Preparing to be Dad
This half day course is a fun, informative, practical and hands-on class for dads-to-be, delivered by male facilitators. Dads will understand the importance of their role pre and post pregnancy, including preparing for baby’s arrival.

More than Words
Our ‘More than Words’ group is a free weekly term-time group for 2 – 4 year olds. The group provides a structured play time, providing plenty of opportunities for language and communication to occur. We model how to develop good communication skills in the play setting as well as providing transferrable activities for the children’s homes.

Baby and Mum
This 10-week group will allow mothers to allay fears, gain confidence in talking with others and most importantly, make lasting friendships. With their confidence developing, new parents are more likely to try other outings, meet more people, make more friendships and feel improvement in their mental health.

Bracknell Bump & Babies
Pre & post birth support for parents/carers.
Bracknell Bumps & Babies is a closed Facebook group for new & expectant parents/carers living in Bracknell Forest – The group provides the opportunity for parents/carers to connect with one another & share their experiences of pregnancy & beyond.

Preparing to be Mum
This half day course is a fun, informative, practical and hands-on class for mums-to-be, delivered by a trained antenatal facilitator. Mums will prepare for birth & labour & discuss the importance of Mum’s mental wellbeing.

Family Play & Learn
This term-time weekly group offers child-centered activities that focus on developing each child, physically, mentally, socially and emotionally. It provides an opportunity for children to socialise with other children in a friendly, fun and educational environment.
