Being a new or expectant parent during a pandemic is not easy. Having limited or next to no access to baby groups and other services can feel daunting and unsettling. For many new parents, trying to figure it all out without family, group support or access to services can be stressful and overwhelming.
As a new or expectant parent, it’s natural to have lots of questions or worries – Is my baby achieving their milestones? Why won’t my baby sleep? Is it safe for me to go for a run after having a baby?
We are excited to invite parents to join our FREE Virtual Support Programme for parents – Baby and Me! Here you may ask those questions to our wonderful team of experts and professionals and get those answers.
‘Baby and Me’ is made up of 5 online live and interactive events hosted by an expert guest speaker.
These events are friendly, relaxed, informative and will provide a safe space to learn new things, ask questions and even get to know other like-minded local parents.
‘Baby and Me’ explores topics like baby brain development, baby attachment and sleep. We’ve not forgotten us parents…. we’ll also be looking at expectations of parents as well as parent self care and physical and emotional health.
The events are hosted via Zoom and run for up to 1 hour each event requiring registration in advance.
